1988 with blisters

I am looking at a 1988 Aloha which appears to be in great condition, however, there seems to be some blistering on the starboard aft side, on the waterline. These boats seem to sit low in the stern resulting in the water level being higher than the bottom paint.
Should I be concerned with these blisters ( small area ) or will they spread.
I would also like some feedback on these boats as cruisers. Thanks !

IMHO the Aloha (32 ?) is a fine canadian boat. I would be concerned about the exposed prop and shaft if I planned on cruising say the islands...OBTW bottom paint doesn''t stop blisters anyway!
