Morgan 45'''' for sale - CT

My beloved husband has died at 55 on June 13, 2004. He so loved his CT Yankee - a centerboard version of the 45'' Morgan - those who know about these boats would know about - it is a special version - built in 1983 - Merek/Jensen (sp?) - I''m not the sailor in the family. It is in the water om Rowayton, CT. For the care of our 7 1/2 year old son, my husband said I should sell it when he died. I''ve waited all this time because I wasn''t sure that was right, but I now understand that I can''t physically handle it alone. John Harder who runs the yard at Wilson Cove Yacht Club knows the boat. I have also just listed it with a broker. If you are interested please send me a message at fitzey@optonline.net. Any way it happens, somebody will be blessed with this wonderful boat.

Don't know about this one - but last year there was a 45 that went for less than $25K in Florida. I saw it on Yachtworld right before it sold. Needed work - but would have been worth every penny.

Great boats.

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat
