Roughwater33 inquiry

Purchase of 1982 Roughwater33/Aries (Tom Gilmer design) double ended, tillered, under consideration for use as moderate to heavy weather SF Bay and ocean cruiser. Would like to hear comments on this particular type of vessel from owners/former owners/knowledgeable skippers/crew. Will reciprocate when appropriate with older salt''s honesty and actual experiences under similiar conditions with Westsail, Pearson, Columbia, Ericson.
