FairWeather 39

Anybody know anything about this boat? I know that it is a reincarnated Westsail 39 designed by Perry and built by Ta Shing. But that''s about all I know. If anybody can provide any additional information or opinions particularly regarding construction quality I would very much appreciate it.

Also, with a DISP/LGTH of 212, isn''t this boat awfully light for a bluewater cruiser?

TIA

In just found this thread, but really like the fairweather '39. I know they are well built and well laid out. they have cockpit vertical cylinders for scuba bottles and a long pull out drawer in the galley for plates (under the winches).
As far as the weight goes, I think lighter is better. Even for a blue water, would you prefer to be in a hurricane in a brick? or a ping pong ball?
As someone with over 100,000 miles under me, I prefer light and fast for cruising.
