Sun legend?

We''re very interested in a Jeanneau Sun Legend 1986 with an adjustable keel. Can find the exact term for it right know. Draft of 5'', with keel up, 7 when down. Anybody have opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of that kind of set-up. Are there major maintenace issues with the hydraulics, the pivot point, etc?
