30-37 blue water boat

I am looking to buy a 35''ish bluewater boat. Value is important.

Boats somwhere in the price range are the Tayana 37, Baba 30/35, mayby a westsail. what else would you consider. Must be stable, comfortable, easy to handle... you can get a good idea of what I want from the above boats.

Any thoughts on what you would look for or experience in boats this size would be great.

Thanks

Barry
