fixer upper

hi,
there is a 42''chriscraft comanche for sale with deck core(plywood)that shows some humidity and possible delamination, its very cheap, and I like working on boats, last project was a 20''powerboat(the last powerboat for me!)that I took the floor off, and redid the stringers and floor. I will have it surveyed before i do anything. I love older classic plastic sail boats.I would like to have inputs on the possible degree of difficulty I could be getting into? Here is the link : http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listing/pl_boat_full_detail.jsp?slim=quick&boat_id=1447212 &checked_boats=1447212&ybw=&units=Feet&currency=CA D&access=Public&listing_id=17144&url=
