Surveyor needed in Houston area

Hi, We''ve just been badly burned in a boat deal/survey and are now warily looking at another boat in Lake Conroe north of Houston. Can anyone recommend a super picky surveyor in that area....should we like this boat. One that buyers love but sellers hate? Thank you for the info.

Paul Fannin at Clear Lake. He also works for Maritime Sanitation, so you can reach him there for sure. He did my boat, and I was very pleased with him.

Currently at Dinner Key Marina, Florida

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
