Ta Chiao 41, is it a slug?

Im still looking at various boats to replace my Catalina 30. Want to get a bigger boat. A Ta Chaio 41 weighs in at about 28,000 lbs. most other boats in this size range weigh in at about 20,000 lbs. Without having to do the math, since i dont know the SA/D can someone tell me from experience with a similar size and weight boat, how sluggish will she be and about how much wind do i need to get up to about 5 knots? Also, how much difference will a mizzen staysail or a cruising spinnaker make in light air?

I''ve never owned one, but...I''ve asked a similiar question, and there are a lot of questions regarding that boat on here. Yes they are slow and not very fine sailors from what I''ve read, they also are very ify on their quality. Do a search on here for Ta Chaio 41, Formosa 41, Mariner 41, or Island Trader 41''s...They are all basically the same boat, and there is a ton of info regarding them.
