Lindenberg 26 Info

I''m looking to buy a Lindenberg 26 as my first boat for daysailing, overnighting, and (eventual) racing. Used to crew on one 12 yrs. ago. Can anyone provide me any info. on their experiences re: trimming, balancing, maintenance, and overall impressions?
