Looking for info on Samson Marine

We are looking for information on a Samson Marine Sea Breeze 56''. It was built in 1973 and is Ferro Cement. What is the average price for an average condition vessel of this year and hull type. How sea worthy is it? We can''t find a value for it and haven''t heard of the manufacturer. We want a live aboard/cruising vessel and to get the most for our money. Thank you for any responses.
