Alajuela 33

Recently purchased a 1979 Alajuela 33. Looking for any original plans or brochures regarding the Alajuela 33. There is a nice article in Frenec Mate''s book "Best Boats to Build or Buy" regarding the Alajela 38 but have not found any documentation or articles for the 33.

Any comments or advice where I may find information for the Alajuela 33 would be appreciated.

Hi,
I know it's a long time since your post but I'm looking for information on the Alajuela 33 and I'm hoping you might be able to help. I live in Sydney /Australia and nobody out here knows anything about them. Is there a owners association and could you tell me how they sail in heavy and light weather. What speeds could I expect and are they comfortable in a seaway ?
