A friend of mine purchased a brand new McGregor ''19 and found it to be the worst of both worlds. It was not a good sailing vessel by any means. The steering was awful. He ended up selling it the very next year and took quite a loss on it. Evidently, it was poorly designed model and McGregor has discontinued the model. Don''t do it!!!
