San Juan 28

Considering buying a SJ28. I don't know much about this boat as I've been looking for a C&C when I stumbled on this. Any feedback about this particular boat would be greatly appreciated. I have done my due diligence on how to buy a boat so please keep replies specific to the San Juan sailing vessels.

I have a friend who owns a San Juan 28. He has sailed on some C&C boats as well (another friend has C&C 25). Check out the San Juan 28 Club site at www.sanjuan28.org. Their mailing list is informative. One SJ28 owns me. The boat is very nice. I cruise the Columbia River. Last summer we spent a week on her. Very able boat.
