Com-Pac 35 anyone?

We are researching boats for our next boat to buy for coastal cruising and occasional offshore cruise, and we came across the Com-Pac 35 that seemed to be interesting. We noticed it was designed by Charles Morgan and the Morgan 41 was the other boat we considered. Can anyone tell us more about the Com-Pac 35? Good/Bad qualities? How does it handle offshore? Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks.....Ernie

The Com Pac 33 we sailed (into 25+ winds) handled like a much larger 40+ footer. we rode out 50+ gusts at anchor an felt secure throughout. Built tough
