Cruiser Class JBoats

I am very interested in learning more about "C" cruiser model J Boats... I would like to add one to my fleet but since the older models are out of production the J Boats, Inc web site doesn''t offer much info..
Can anyone point me to a source for information? Thank you!

I have a 1988 J/34C and have a number of magazine articles describing the boat. Beleive that there was also a J35/C and a J37/C. The J/34C has a winged keel with a draft of approx. 5''. The other "C"''s probably have fin keels. Was looking at a J40 recently and it''s layout both above and below decks is similar to the whole cruising line.

At boats.com you can check NADA for J Boats and see what models they built each year.

Are you looking to buy one?

Dick

Have you found a suitable boat as yet? I have a J37 for sale. I have owned it for 7 yeas and found it the best boatof all. This is a well made easy sailing boat. Look on Boatquest.com.
