Suggestions for a 33'-35' shoal/shallow draft

I am looking for a 33'-35' shoal/shallow draft boat. I live in the Savannah Georgia area and will be sailing mostly along the Georgia coast and ICW. I am currently looking into the Morgan 33 O/I. Any other suggestions for a good choice of boat for these waters? I am looking to spend under 30K.
