Would appreciate any details that I should look for on a 1985 vintage Evelyn32-2. I have raced against them and find they are nimble.to say the least. I am considering the purchase of said boat with offshore use in mind.

The Evelyn 32''s seem to do well under PHRF but as a near poster child for the early Ultra-light school of design, they would not be my first choice for an offshore boat. I know that the ULDB Sleds out in California have raced offshore for years but mostly in reaching and running style races.
