A New Boat Proposal

I have had some great responses to my question about future value. I am looking at a new (not yet completed) Tartan 3400 and the dealer is about to present a proposal. I am wondering how you negotiate from the proposal. Is this the starting point for negotiations or is this the price and you say "yea or ney?" I am adding lots (retail value 50K +) of options...so what's next?

Thanks
