1982 Dufour 40'''' Ketch

I am currently looking at a Dufour 40'' Ketch built in 1982 and wondered if anybody has one of these boats or knows anything about them. It is not a sortilege as the sortilege is 43''. Help please, Dufour themselves of course have no records as Michel didn''t leave much when the yard was taken over. Any and all help much appreciated.

It's helpful to post, even for old questions such as this: someone else will inevitably be looking at the same boat someday. HOWEVER, the link posted above is for a much later-model sailboat (from 2002).
