co-ownership Gemini catamaran

We live in Cypress Landing North Carolina on the Pamlico River. We are interested in co-owning (50-50) a Gemini 105 Mc catamaran. We have a slip and are ready to go boat shopping - is anyone interested? We are experienced boaters and have many ideas about making the co-ownership work legally and smoothly. We are looking for another experienced boater for a partner.

While I understand that you're trying to find a partner to share a boat, you really shouldn't start multiple threads with basically the same message.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
