Would like to hear from anyone who has sailed on an Amel sailboat. I am considering purchasing one for cruising. Our they suitable for live-a-board use and how fast are they?

I do not know the gentleman, however, there is a guy named Joel Potter who advertises in the back of Cruising World. You might want to give him a try. I know that an Amel won a boat of the year title from the same publication a few years back. Good luck.
