Deciding between a Freedom 32 or Tartan 33

I need help deciding between a Freedom 32, Tartan 33, C&C 33, all 70's / 80's vintage and well cared for. Can anyone diferentiate their sailing characteristics, performance, build quality? Sailing area is the Long Island Sound, and beyond... Family cruising

Thanks!

peter
