Columbia 43 ?

I''m looking at a Columbia 43 Mark III
Does anyone have any thing to comment on this boat? She''s nice, but needs cleaned up.
Went out today for about an hour.
I like her but haven''t had a boat that large as yet. I''m also curious on the price range to consider (near Detroit, MI). Thanks!
