39 Pearson Keel/CB

I have been looking at a 39' Pearson Keel/CB that was set up for racing, looks good, seems to have the minimum of things to be done or changed, biggest fault I can make is low tankage for fuel but good places for aux tanks,

so, just looking for input as thoughts/opinions. Right now I like what I see,

anyone know of any major faults with them ? I am wondering how the CB is mounted, but will be finding that out.
