C & C Landfall 38

I''m thinking about buying a 1982 C & C Landfall 38 (Seattle).

Does anyone know of any issues/areas I should pay particular attention to in this model?

Does anyone have one who would like to give me their opinion?

Thanks in advance, I really want to buy the right boat.
