Hi! Just started reading "SailNet" opinions and saw that you were looking into Southern Cross sailboats back in November of 2001. I'm a hugh fan of the SC35 and hope to purchase one next year if our house sells. ( IF ! ) Please tell me how your research went. Did you buy a boat? Are you happy with your choice ? Please tell.
Tim

timkris... you are aware that the post you're replying to is over five years old, and it is very likely that the original poster is no longer active on the board.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Dawg...from his post it is clear that Timkris is well awarte tha the post is old.

TimKris...here's a tip...you can click on an old poster's name and see all of their messages and activity. I did this and can tell you that anniminnix stopped posting after 12/03 and STILL had not settled on a boat to buy.
Welcome!
