Help

Looking to buy a boat by next year. Have "gone shopping", and find conflictying stories. Want to liveaboard and sail the Caribbean. Want a safe, well-made boat. What are the best choices? Any suggestions?

RoxRuss..there are dozens of threads here answering the same question. Suggest you browse the site and then come back with specific questions you still have about "the" boat. Your question is far too general for any proper answer as hundreds of boats fit your description. Welcome!

Oh...and you'll get lots of conflicting advise here too! We all have different opinions

You need some basic info first. Such as ...how many people aboard, lifestyle you want to maintain (anchoring out, or staying at marinas), how many and what kind of "creature comforts" you want or expect. These are some of the basic questions you need to answer before thinking about a boat.
