Looking for info on Caliber 35

We are considering purchasing a 1994 vintage Caliber 35. Does anyone have info on how this boat has performed over time?? Also another thread mentioned a keel weakness and I'm wondering how widespread this actually is.

SailorMitch will become famous soon enough
You can google the Caliber 33 as well. Same boat except that the 35 has the sugar-scoop stern. I'm not aware of any keel problems with either one. Practical Sailor did a favorable review of the 33 several years ago. You will get more info if you ask on the Caliber email list here on Sailnet.

Thanks for the info. I talked to Caliber about the keels and they said that there were a few problems but this was caused by incorrectly placed supports while these boats were in dry storage.
