Done deal - I'm an owner!

...of a 1999 Beneteau Oceanis 311. Will be sailing mostly on Lake Erie out of Buffalo, NY. Searched for about 5 weeks to find the right boat in the right condition for the right price (that my wife would like - not an easy task). Now I just need spring!

well done as another Beneteau owner, you will find that you will be passing other boats that have better ratings.

My wife and I bought our first boat a couple of months ago and we will be sailing out of Buffalo as well. Maybe I'll see you around.

Sailormann will become famous soon enough
Great stuff - savour the next few weeks until you launch - it may well be the last time of your life that you have disposable income Congratulations and enjoy !

Thanks everyone...first launch will take me from Youngstown on Lake Ontario to Lake Erie via the Welland Canal. Should be a fun all day trip.
