Buying in Puerto Rico/USVI

Any tips on finding boat listings in Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands? I'm looking for a modest used cruiser to do a season (or 10) between Fajardo
and the British Virgin Islands. Also, is there any reason that any seaworthy 30-35 foot production boat wouldn't do to spend "second semster" (I'm
a college teacher in the north) in these waters?

Here's all the boats from 30-35' available n Yachtworld and for sale in the Caribbean. I think any production boat will do...but suggest that 35' would be a lot better given the sea conditions you can get. 30' is kinda small for that neck of the woods.

Lots of decent charter boats for sale in that area. Also at Compass point where VIP Yacht Charters is there is a brokerage company. Can't think of the name but if you call VIP I am sure they could give it to you.

Lots of boats available. For a good broker, check out Chris and Karen at BVI Yacht Sales at Nanny Cay, Tortola. They've been there a very long time, have sold lots of boats to happy new owners, and are very nice folks.

Thanks, guys. Partly why I asked is that there never seem to be any boats for sale in Puerto Rico on Yachtworld. Surely, there must be some sailboats for sale in Fajardo and elsewhere. Any one have any PR-specific info?
