Insurance Issues
$600 sounds very high. My current policy on my 38 footer with BoatUS, covers year round use on the Atlantic U.S. coast (with winter in the Chesapeake or south) is only about $425 and it included insurance during trucking. BTW, your trucker may have a policy that completely covers you so you may not need a rider. Blue Seas and BoatUS had policies available that covered outside of the US.
