Question New Boats after sale service?

There is allot of chat here about the quality of particular boats, so after reading the thread benefits of a new boat, I was wondering what manufactures have provided outstanding after sale service.

You hear allot of negative stories about poor factory responses to customers whom just dropped thousands on their new dream boat.

For me this would be a strong consideration if I ever could buy a new boat...thoughts?

Of course they do...European companies still understand what customer service is!

Don’t forget the dealer’s part in this equation. A good dealer is better then good factory service.
All the best,

A key point, Robert. Central to my decision on ordering my boat was the long-standing reputation of my dealer for proper pre-delivery commissioning and a history of dedicated after sales service.
