Many 1980 era 424''s are on the used boat market and rarely a midcockpit 422. Comments invited on these Bill Shaw designs--the good, the bad, the ugly. Thanks in advance. Jack
I haven''t heard too many negatives about the 424/422. The 422 does look a little tubby to my eye, but maybe that''s just me. Certainly either would make a nice liveaboard boat. For some info, check out this site: www.pearson424.org
