1975 Seafarer 24...Opinions?

Anyone have an opinion on these boats? I'm looking for my first boat. I crew on a couple of boats now. I searched the forums and found only limited info. Anything I should look out for etc....Google only gives the specs. I live in the SF bay area and there is one of these for sale in San Rafael.
