I had some hairline cracks on the bottom of the 1998 Bennie 36CC I purchased. The surveyor actually chipped away at one of them to convince himself that it wasn't structural but simply the gelcoat. They were in the area of where the cradle pads supported the boat. I have kept an eye them over the four years that I have owned the boat and they have not grown. The surveyor felt they were likely from improperly adjusted supports during winter storage or during shipment (since the boat was built in France, ended up in Toledo where I bought it and is now in Wisconsin).
As far as whether yours are the same or not, I do not know. Only passing on what I have experienced.
