Pearson 33-1

Any Pearson 33-1 sailors out there that want to give some feedback--good and bad? For <$20k it looks like it might make a decent trainer. Basic systems and an Atomic 4.

Performance characteristics in a range of conditions? I am interested in more of a solid workhorse that has a good temperment than a club racer.

SailorMitch will become famous soon enough
I suggest posting this on the Pearson email list here on Sailnet if you don't get much of a response here. There are several P-33-1 owners who hang out on that email list.

BTW -- it sounds like the boat is just what you are after, but I'll let current owners speak their piece on the email list.

Thanks for the tip. I missed that feature.

We will see what happens with the P 33. There is certainly not a lack of boats to choose from.
