Cheoy Lee Offshore 41

I''m thinking of buying a Cheoy Lee Offshore 41 Ketch. The boat I am looking at is in pretty good shape, but the halyard winches look pretty tired. They were made by Cheoy Lee. Does anybody know where to get rreplacements? Any comments about the boat, in general? Are there any Owners Groups?

I have a Bristol 41.1 for sale that has a much better reputation than the Cheoy Lee.
