Question Capri Cyclone 13 or FJ

Hello,
Does anyone know anything about these boats (Capri Cyclone 13)? I'd like to get a dingy and one of these is up for sale in my area. I've been thinking of getting an FJ but found this. Any info would be helpful...on FJ's as well or any other small boat that can fly a jib.
Cheers
Jonah
