Sabre 362 auxiliary power

My wife and I have decided to buy a new
Sabre 362. We have an option on taking the
standard Westerbeke 35B engine or opting for
a Yanmar 3JH3E engine in lieu of the
Westerbeke. Can anyone provide pros and cons
on the two engines.
