Nelson Merek 43 pros and cons as cruiser?

Got this 43 as salvage, no water intrusion to Perkins 51 or Westerbeake 8kw both w 2450hrs ,replaced toerail and stanchions, must do stern and bow puilpits. Is this a good craft to invest in ?
