BUCCANEER II – 500 Inflatable Boat

Has anyone heard of this boat: BUCCANEER II – 500? It's being marketed as an "Ocean Sport Boat" but I am unable to locate details about the manufacturer. I've got one sitting unopened in a box in my driveway, but i'd like to know if anyone has experience with this company before i dig into it. it's on sale through costco and overstock. other than that, i cannot be sure of it's pedigree.
