Sailhog;
Thanks, I appreciate the help. I have asked the Broker for his suggestions, but I have not heard back yet. Do you want my personal email to send me your suggestions?

I am not quite sure how to do this on Sailnet.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Good that you asked the broker for recommendations. Now you'll know who to EXCLUDE. A broker doesn't want you to have a good surveyor who could kill the deal.

Surveyor Hilton Head

The finance company is asking for a NAMS or SAMS certified surveyor, so I am checking their websites for names. It looks like I will have to get one out of Savannah.

I will be back here if I don't have any luck.

thanks
