OK, we''re seriously considering "taking the plunge" and making an offer on a Morgan Out Island 41 for coastal cruising and living aboard.

Can anyone recommend a good surveyor in the Savannah, GA area?

Can anyone make any recommendations as to negotiating on the price? The boat is a mid-70''s model and seems to be structurally sound (of course, the survey may prove differently). Cosmetically the boat is tired and like anything that is 20+ years old needs updating and alot of TLC.

Are there "sample contracts" online that we might use?

Any info/suggestions on this process will be greatly appreciated.
