Sample Contract
There are quite a few different ones. I think someone here has a ver used by brokers in FLA. There is also a USCG ver.
The contract really is not that important...it serves to simply bring the parties together on a deal. What IS MOST important is that (at least here in MD) both signatures be NOTARIZED.
