Catalina 18 weighs 1500lbs, add 500-700 for it's trailer. A Catalina 22 weighs 2200 and I'm not sure on the trailer, but the last one I looked at looks like it weighs about what my race car trailer weighs (1200lbs). I tow that with a minivan as well. I also tow my Siren but the total weight of both boat and trailer is about 1100lbs, so it's like it's not even there. A Catalina 18 or Hunter 18 would be fine, but I don't know if it would be possible to pull a Catalina 22 and it's trailer up a boat ramp with a FWD van. (AWD would be no problem)
