Hay I have a 33 foot Islander, That has ben extinsivly remodeld for off shore. It is hevily riged, and very well set up. But no aft cabin. The only thing wrong with it is some one had painted it. Anfd now it needs to be sanded down and re painted or gell coated. Just 23,000 and it is definatly not junk. I saw a lot of junk wile I was looking. I was just oferd a raly good deal on a 38 Ingrid. and I wont her.

Actually the 35 foot Dehler Optima is a really nice boat that would be pretty close to ideal for what he is looking for. The fractional rig is great for single handing. I''m not sure whether I remembered to mention the Dehler or not but I was late for work by the time I finished so I may have forgotten the Optima.
