We have a Soverel 33, 'Pressure Drop' in our area, owned by a fellow in our Yacht Club.
He's won the Governer's Cup (Overnight - Annapolis to Solomons race, more than 100 boats all classes) -, about 70 miles) the past two years in that boat, strictly race boat from my impression (seen, but not been inside). His weighs in at around 6000 lbs, which at 33 ft is rather light - not what I'd view as a liveaboard.

Check the link from Sailorman and tab over to the 36.
Note the airex cored hull which could be a source of problems and would need to be carefully checked on survey.
Note also the hurricane boat Marita...as one to avoid.
If it is just a liveaboard, then anything will do...but this is really a racer and you would do better with a boat designed for cruising and living aboard IMHO.
