I''m about to buy a 1982 Irwin Citation.It surueyed for 19,000 and the price is 11,000.I do coastal and some offshore cruseing. Am I about to make a mistake? I know an Irwin is famous for leaks,and the chain plates have been moved to the side of the hull. Any and all comments please.
