How is SimonV going

Does anyone know how SimonV is going with his yacht purchase in the U.S, tried to send him a personal message, but i don't have enough posts, am thinking of buying a Morgan 461 and shipping it back to Australia, would like to know any pitfalls he has come across and any info he can pass on, am selling up on the Gold Coast and moving up north closer to the Great Barrier reef to better sailing grounds, in preperation to heading off full time.
